Today I like tell about the English blog in this semester….

Well the first is that for me was a good experience because was really fun write and read the blog and write the different topics in each class…

In this semester my favorite  post was of the “my week hobby” because for me talk and write about Scout it’s something I really like to do and for me is really important in my life, is the place where I forget everything and only enjoy and play…

The really is that in this semester I did haven’t a boring post unlike the past semester… for me all post they had something that the made them special and fun for me.

I thing that while I write the blog my English improved because in the first post I didn’t write without translate but now I can write only my brain :D

My favorite classmate for read and write in this post is “Polera de Gato” because not only is my fiend also I have fun with her post :D

Thanks teacher Simon for making my semester more fun and more enjoyable! You are the best teacher of English I’ve had in my life!!

A one on one

      

Hi guys,

Today I'm going to talk about someone I'd like to have a one-on-one conversation with. The person I'll write about now “El Che Guevara”, a revolutionary argentine that fight in Cuban revolution, also he was a one of the most famous commanders of the revolution. The first heard about “El Che” if was in my house, my mom is a Comunist and she love the Cuban revolution and, she told me histories about Cuban revolution and about the most famous commanders among them. If I could traveling in the time and arrive in 1960 or 1962 in Cuba, I would like ask on:

1.  How did you meet Fidel Castro? 

2. What did he bring in the revolutionary military?  

3.  How was your experience in the revolutionary military?   

4. Will you marry me?

In my opinion “el che” was one of the best persons in the world, because fight for their ideals of social justice and equity in a different economics system to the capitalist, also fight not only in Cuba also prepared to the revolutionary military Cubans for fights in help of the Congo revolutionary and he traveling personally to the Congo and Bolivia for help in the revolutionary process. However in the Cuban revolution and in general process revolutionaries they committed a lot of mistakes and transgression of human rights that are not acceptable under any point of view.

Well, nevertheless “el Che” is a one the persons that I love, because is the best!

Hydrology, my favorite class in this semester.

Hello guys!

Today I will talk about… the most interesting subject this semester in the university for me.

My favorite class in this semester is Hydrology because I think that is the more interesting subject this semester –well, not is difficult that be a more interesting, because the other subject this semester not is very interesting…-, the lecturer is the Dr. Francisco Ferrando and the assistant is Miguel Pavez, the class is Monday at 8.30 am until 11.45 am in da FAU.

In this class see the process hydrologic and its different processes that occur in the course, for example the permeability, water flow superficial, hypodermic and underground, types of aquifers, in addition to some of the consequences of the scarcity of water as war for water, water stress among other things.

For me the hydrology is very important because my area of interest –that is natural risk- and the physic area is very important for understanding, prediction and prevention of events and periods of return, this applies both to hydrology and to climatology, tectonics, etc.

In my opinion the best moment of class is the practice moment (“ayudantía”) because in this moment you can applicate the theory in exercises practical and analyze the information that give us and throw exercises, so the above is the time of the class I like the most.

Well, this is my favorite class in this semesters and is the subject that most interesting meeting. I recommend take this subject but also recommend bring coffee to keep you attention without falling asleep.

My week hobby

Hi guys!

Today I will talk about my hobby, you ask what the hobby of Martina is?

Well, my hobby is Scout, I know that is very but very week my hobby… but I love Scout <3

I went to scout for first time when I was a little girl, I was a Golondrina but I heted in this moment Scout, because in the golos I could not throw myself on the floor, get dirty or run, we only had craft activities… I liked play, run, get dirty but not was sitting doing crafts and as I did not like I left of Scout….

My story does not end like this, 
when I had 19 years old I returned to Scout in a group of Valdivia, this name is “Grupo de guías y scouts Junger Wind” that was in “Colegio Aleman de Valdivia” but I returned as “Pionera”. In this group I was “pionera”, “camiante” and happen to be “guiadora” of the “manada (lobatos)” which are the little children’s.

In 2014 I returned to Santiago and I change from group to one that is called “Grupo de guías y scouts Heinrich” where have I been guiadora of the “compañia (guias)” and the “avanzada (pioneros)”, in this moment I´m guiadora of the children’s between 15 and 18 years old, what are they as children of the manada but with the hormones revolutionized (jajajaj).

My surprise farewell

My best celebration was a surprise farewell.

I went to Valdivia for study law at Universidad Austral de Chile (UACh) in 2012 and live in Valdivia for 2 years, but I return at Santiago for many reasons (but that’s not the topic I’m going to talk about today).

Well, when I told my friends of Scout and the University that was returning to Santiago, besides crying hugging, they organized a surprise farewell and they took me cheated to a bar (“La Última Frontera” that is very good for the rest). My best friend was the responsible for carrying to the bar, where were all my friend of Valdivia.

My friends of Scout I was given an album with photos and they write dedications and messages for me, they also gave me a clothes of each one of the units and one of the old clothes of the group, it was a moment very important for me, because is beautiful see the affection they had me. Also my best friends (Valentina and Camila) I was given a pendant with 3 girls and in the back are engraved the names of the three more a collage whit photos of the three.

After that we drank a lot of alcohol, talked and laughed a lot, we remembered anecdotes and the nonsense that we did together. It was an especial night for me.

That was one of the best celebrations I have had, but it has also been one of the saddest.

My last long weekend

I will talk about my long weekend, I went to different place.

Friday I went to a friend’s house take the tea, but eat pizza and lemon pie… also we went to the brasil square and had many people, among them was a group of the Capoeira, had children’s plays, friend’s group and people juggling with fire.

Saturday and Sunday I dedicated myself to relax, I watch the movie, listen to music, sing badly and I made the ridiculous in my room.

Monday I went in the morning to “La Vega Central” for to make purchases of fruit and vegetables for eat in my house with my mom and cooking for the month, in the afternoon I went to my cousin’s house with my mom and the pair of my mom, we went to tea and the night accompanied my niece to ask candy for Halloween.

But the all days the Tuesday was the best day for me, because I went up the hill San Ramon with a friend and it was beautiful, from the hill looked around Santiago, from the “la Reina” to the coastal mountain rage. It was magic because in the hill we felt free, feeling other and the environment, without having to meet social norms. Only was us, the nature, the sun and the wind that cooled our bodies tired from walking. The hill, the mountain rage and the nature are wonderful, is very especial to be in nature for me.

"Strange days on planet"

Hello diar,

Today I will talk about a documental very interesting, this name is “Strange days on planet” (part 1).

In my opinion the documental is interesting, because sample a part of the event many unknown planet also really liked my, but my English not is a very good for that I don’t know the old documental I understand the generals ideas and the context that was happening.

The most interesting for me was the travel that they did sans of the world, between the Sahara to Trinidad, because is a travel of the 6.000 km for the wind and sans crossing all Atlantic Ocean and like affect the people and the children’s of Trinidad, causing asthma for that people breathing the little sans.

The true is that I don’t usually see this kinds of documental because I don’t like the documental of the National Geografic, but not is a topic to expose in this publication. However, this documentary are encouraged to see other style, I don’t think that I become a fan, but the probability that I see documentaries such increases.

I recommend for you that see the “Strange days on planet” because is very important know what happens on our planet, I leave open invitation.

The student's strike

The student movement is a reflects a deficiencies of the educational system of Chile, there are ask the transformation of education in Chile but not only the transformation of education but also the liberal economic system to get to a Social rule social of law and consolidates the education, the health, the social security as rights and not as consumer goods or shares traded on stock markets.

But the history is long, in 2006 were the first manifestation in Chile of the education “movimiento pingüino” and in 2008 is a second high manifestation for the education but in 2006 and 2008 the movement it was mainly of the secondary’s but they could not exchange the situation of the education secondary of the state schools of Chile.

In 2011 is a first manifestation of the students of universities at Chile, but weren’t only the students of universities at CUNCH also joined the secondary’s of state school and grammar school of all country. Today the students we are still struggling for an education public, great and of quality because were know that the education it should not be a consumer goods but a social right.

But in my opinion, the strike isn’t an only form of fight for education and for the social rights in Chile, we have thousands of ways for fight in addition of the student’s strike longs and undefined, the thru is that I think the student’s strike now only server for weaken the student movement because the student’s go to home and demobilize. Finally, there some student’s or persons mobilized and the rest lies in the homes.

 I think that the student movement has to make intervention as the 2011 in the rule, because that generate empathy and interest of the citizens, and not the resistance that people today the marches. 

The sexism, a problem worldwide.

The sexism at the world is a terrible problem because it isn´t only the sexual discrimination that us different salary or the gender roles for social convention, but also make us in sex objects to women, is for this that women we oppose chauvinism and many we are militant feminists. In my opinion society must evolve for that this stop occur in the world.

For example a sample is the clips of the sings in the music more popular among the young as Reggeton, when we look the clips and not only looking but we analyze, we realize that the women is a sex object because it isn’t part of the context or the history that there are in the sing us is a sexual complement for do attractive the clip. Is terrible looking he clip of the “Como yo le doy” by Pitbull ft. Don Miguelo, in this clip we looking when the shape of the women stop of being exploited like a thing or a sex object in function of the chauvinism or of the sexism.

Today at Chili is this transact the law for the people in especial for the men can’t cockling to the women in order to not violent both verbally with a non-verbal language, on function of this the January 22^nd, 2016 the commission of the citizen security dispatch the project of law, which contemplated from 61 to 541 days of jail and fines that exceeding the 20 UTM Chileans.

In conclusion, at the world and on Chile they are being made for evolve towards the eradication of sexism and slower steps for eradication of the chauvinism, but there is still a long way to go. It is for this that consciousness of the women but also the men is very important to end gender inequality.

My last vacation traveling the world

Hello people,

Today I’ll tell you about my last vacations go out of country, I went to Colombia and Aruba for 1 month in February. I went out the first day of February bound for Bogotá was the first place in Colombia.

In Bogotá:

I visit the museums, churches, typical places near Bogotá and other place of touristic interesting, but the place most impressive of all was Bogotá  is the  Gold Museum, the collections is impressionist the richest  in addition to the artworks that generation the pre-Columbian culture, the spatial disposition of the permanents collections it is very appropriate and comprehensive for the persons that visit the rooms of the museum.

Cartagena de Indias: 

Cartagena it is the culture capital of Colombia additional is the a first city's of Colombia, the walled city it is beautiful, the rules  tell that the colonials history of the city, the wall is impotently in the city additional it is really long .

And Aruba:

Is beautiful, the birches it is a paradise with a sea turquoise and white sands, the sea is hot and quiet but refresh, is really a place for relax and enjoy because it is a happy island.

Hello people,

My name is Martina Molina, I have 23 year old and I live in Santiago of Chile. I'm student of geography at Universidad de Chile.

In my free time I like different thigs, for example I like to go to Scout, walk, travel for the word, go to camping, riding a bycycle, etc.

In my last holidays I travel to Bogotá, Barranquilla and Cartagena de Indias in Colombia and go to Aruba, this is realy beatuiful because they are place very differents and the environment is wonderful, for example Bogotá is cold because it is in the Colombian Andes but Barranquilla and Cartagena de Indias thay are warm and humid because are on the Caribbean coast and the sea is hot, Aruba is an desert island  because the influence of the trade winds from the north generate a particular local climate and the island it is beautiful so different from the landscape to the rest of the Caribean, palm trees and cactus coexist peacefully, is realy cute.

Another time I'll tell you more aboute my interests, travels and hobbies.
